ARE THERE FEES ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR SERVICE?
Yes, I charge an initial planning fee $250 to cover my time preparing for our planning appointment. This is payable before our planning appointment and is non-refundable. After the planning appointment I charge design service fees which is charged on the length of your journey. This is to cover the cost of my time planning, research, booking, document preparation, use of travel App and supporting you whist you are away until the time you get home, and can be found here. The $250 paid for the planning appointment is deducted from the design service fee but remains non-refundable should you decide not proceed.

IS THERE A MINIMUM TRIP SPEND?
Yes. For customised itineraries (not small group tours) a minimum of $5000 per person is required. This is the amount spent on the actual land travel including accommodation, tours, experiences, ground transportation etc and is based on the median price that realistically allows me to collaborate with 4-5 star in-destination partners.

CAN I BOOK PART OF THE TRIP?
No, my approach is focused on crafting comprehensive itineraries which allows me to oversee every detail. I do not offer partial trip designs such as tours, transport and/or concierge services on their own. Every aspect must be booked through me.

DO YOU PROVIDE ITEMISED INVOICES?
No, I cannot provide detailed invoices due to the confidentiality of our supplier contracts. Your itinerary will include one price for the complete itinerary.

DO YOU BOOK AIRFARES?
Yes. If you are using my design services there is no additional fees for booking your flights. If you are booking a cruise or joining one of my small group tour I charge $50 per ticket which covers the cost of issuing the tickets. Irrespective of whether you are using my design service or joining a small group tour or going on a cruise where flights are require to join your cruise, once your ticket has been issued any changes required will include an additional $50 per person, per ticket plus any additional airline charges and fare discrepancy. Changes and cancellations are subject to the fare rules of the airline.

After our initial call I ask you to send all your questions and communication through email as this allows us to keep track of all details discussed. I'll respond to all emails within 48 hours.
